Ice Arms > Aim Surplus

Hey Bryan - It seems like Ice Arms is getting their a$$ handed to them on this site http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_3_4/626464_ice_arms.html and now Aim is drawn into it with you offering their barrels. What has your experience been with these barrels? I imagine you do some investigation before jumping in bed with a vendor. Thanks for your comments.

Thats why i'm buying my barrel from AIM and not ICE Arms. At least AIM will help make it right if somethings wrong.

Yeah but you dropped it knowing that you can return it within 30 days if there's an issue. As for customer service, hell, you've got a guy replying to your question at 6pm on Thanksgiving

I was looking to buy one of their 18" ones a little while back. I couldn't find feedback anywhere, other than them pimping their stuff on every message board. I decided to wait for a barrel from a well known company, rather than take a risk on it.

i ordered one from ICE and got it within 7 days. it shoots good.
i then got one from AIM 3 weeks ago and havn't shot it yet.
i just placed and order from Aim for a third.

we shall see how they do.

we sold a BUNCH of the SS barrels on our keymod uppers,
only problem was a guy saying it wouldn't chamber his 69grn HP reloads but we checked them in house and they chambered with 75grn Prvi HPs.
he ended up getting it working.

I wanted one of those 18" barrels because it seemed like a good deal, but lack of reviews kept me from doing it. Maybe I'll get the 16".

I don't know about ICE Arms barrels... But as for AIM's customer service...

I recently bought a Melonite barrel, when the barrel arrived it had a small blemish, sent a email to AIM I had a reply the same day with a resolution.

You guys can buy anything from AIM without the fear of bad customer service.
