Vermeer was the 16th century painter who's work looked oddly photographic
No one perfectly created light, shadow, proportion and reality as he. Perhaps not quite visible here, each stitch on all fabric is precise, the proportion, shading and shape of the lion heads on the chairs 2 rear posts, every nuance intact

Once he devised the Camera Obscura (a mirror on a stick, part of the subject image is reflected in the mirror while you merely paint what you see in the reflection)
with no art training, Tim Jennings built the room himself from scratch, had a daughter and her friend pose, then painted what he saw in the mirror down to every minute detail on the elaborate Piano Forte (engraving printed, not like the handmade musical instrument in the original), tapestry, lead piping windows, clothing, table and chair Vermeer's Music Lesson at bottom, 500 years earlier
