The right side lever when retracted, does not pivot the latch open. The left side lever retraction does move the latch open. The latch is free to move with the right lever retracted, but it doesn't move unless some other force acts on it and pushes it out, like gravity or the step in the upper receiver. Below is a photo with the right side lever fully retracted. Is this how this is supposed to work?
