Hate to admit I was ignorant of this for far too long.  Thanks go out to those of you on top of it.  Not only will I never buy another Troy product, those that I do own are going to the burn pile imediately.

I think it says something about Troy that they are willing to leave these threaded up there for all to read.  They could sensor, or try to but I am not aware of it.  Shoot look at that one threaded that covers years.

Bad initial choice, bad crisis management, good product (for the most part).
