| I placed an order for three Anderson stripped lowers on 2/26. Knowing that you guys are swamped and aware of the mail delays you've been experiencing I wasn't terribly concerned that I hadn't gotten a call from my FFL to tell me they had come in, but a couple days ago (3/12) I hopped on the site to check status and see if things were progressing along. To my surprise, the "My Account" section of the site does not show that order existing, even though I got a confirmation email when I placed the order. I emailed "[email protected]" and was told my order was (mysteriously) cancelled and that I should re-place my order. Naturally, at $39.99 you are sold out of the lowers. I am now being told there is no firm ETA for more Anderson lowers, but "hopefully" there will be some coming in the next couple weeks. How hopeful is "hopefully?" I assume you will be honoring the sale price if/when they do arrive? Is it common for orders to vanish mysteriously with no warning or notice? I appreciate any light you can shed on the matter. |
