Howdy!
I got a first batch FDE S3 case from DSG and have been having some issues with it. When I hit the screen off (power) button the pressure wraps around and pulls the volume buttons, typically making the volume go down. When I push on the volume up button, The "up" rocker makes the volume go down unless I am on the Edge of the volume up rocker. The screen off button, (power button) is very hard to manipulate and has a delay sometimes. I can push the button and wait a second for the screen to then turn on and to turn off the screen takes some additional handling manipulation of the button. None of these reported issues occur without case. I was not sure if you may have heard of similar instances or have recommendations for me. If you need a video lmk. Thanks! -Rick |
