I am about to order a stripped Larue upper and a 12" Stealth barrel for a build. Any ideas on best keymod or even Mlock rail for this build? I really love my Noveske rails but I am afraid to pair Larue with Noveske lest It should rip a hole in the space time continuum.??

Thanks. That is what I told myself I would do but it seems like I am always waiting for the next Larue item to be available to the public. Wanted to take advantage of the special pricing on barrels. Anybody know if Stealth 2.0 will have standard or M4 feed ramps?

I bet there will be some Stealth 2.0's on the EE once they start shipping.

ETA:  That said, the Stealth 2.0 handguard will not fit a standard LaRue stripped upper.

Not sure what will happen once available to the general public, but we had the option of choosing Rifle or M4 cuts when we ordered the Stealth 2.0 uppers from the BuildAR list.

If you really wanted to rend the space time continuum you'd use a Geissele rail.

Since you will be buying an SLR adjustable gas block for your 12" stealth have you considered one of their rails?

^This, if you can wait.  We had the option of M4 feed ramps on the BuildAR Stealth 2.0 offering, but not sure what the general release public version will have.

If you're considering Noveske, I'd check out the SMOS rails, but my favorite non-Larue rails are the G MK8...heresy I know, but Larue doesn't offer M-Lok yet.

I like mine as well. Nice fit and finish. Light weight.

I am sure I will buy a 2.0 when available or when one comes up on EE but I am impatient and will probably build something else now as well. Good point on the Geissele rail. That may be what I do for this one if the mating doesn't bring on some sort of apocalypse of biblical proportions.

Funny thing happened the other day...I tried to use my Geiselle Reaction rod on a Larue upper and my Larue kept rejecting it and spitting it out across the room!

Not on the build list, but it looks similar to the tAR configuration.  Know if the Stealth 2.0 hand guard would fit on a tAR?  Say, if I wanted to chop or buy a shorter barrel for a tAR.

The BCM is very nice and light. The KAC is actually a very nice rail as well,Seems to be pretty robust.
