every stock I have I need to tweak the cheek weld up somehow (bolt or ar platform) to get on my optic properly.

I bought a RISR a while ago with a CTR but that put me too high with the 104.  I have kept it in the box of parts since.

Now I have my predaTAR in hand and would like to use the RISR as the solution.....

So, wouldn't the 135 be the ticket with the RISR?

I understand the RISR was designed for the OBR....

So... the 104 (1.5") is too high with a CTR, but too low with a RISR (.5")?  That would lead me to assume that you need a height over bore somewhere around 1.25ish".

I'd opt to to bring the optic closer to bore.  Doesn't make sense to raise the scope, which was too high for you to begin with, just so you can use a RISR.  Have you tried a lower mount?

If the .5" rise added by the RISR is too much with the 1.5" LT104, running a 120 or 123/808 rings without a RISR might be the sweet spot.
