I finally found some time to take the new rifle to the range this past Sunday afternoon. While it did make nice groups when it fired, which was not often, it was being a major pain because of jams and failure to eject. The ammo was German Dag headstamp and before you blame the ammo it shoots fine in my Elite Operator. Any thoughts?

contact there tech rep. He should steer you in the right place. I myself have a few of their products and have always had good luck.

This is my fifth RRA rifle and the first one I've had a problem with. One more thing I noticed was the problem progressively got worse as things heated up. The cases were sticking bad, and as you can see, one of the rims was ripped off.

any update? I ordered one of the LAR-8 A4's believeing these issues were solved. Im not going to be to thrilled if this is the outcome. I have that same DAG 7.62x51 and was planning on running that through it.

I sent the upper back yesterday on an RMA number. Like I said in the first post, this DAG ammo shoots fines in my Elite Operator, so I think it is just something with this particular rifle. I'll give an update when I get it back.
