N00b question here, sorry.
I've got some upper kits I need lowers for. Looking at your ordering rules (which are confusing me greatly) , it sounds like only FFLs can do the ordering. Typically I've given people my FFL's information (a scanned sheet) and then ordered the item, have it sent to them. Can I do that here, or do I need to place the order directly with my FFL, have him go to the site and do the actual purchasing? Thanks in advance. |
