[ARCHIVED THREAD] - M3 Red Dot does not adjust?

I purchased a M3 style red dot 30mm about a year ago from you guys, it shipped fast.

When i took it to the range to sight it in it, the point of impact was way off.

Each time I went out i tried adjusting it, but it never seemed to helped.

I Recently used a laser bore sighter, and discovered no matter which way i turned the adjustments the point of aim did not move

Shoot me a email and we will issue a RA and repair it. Did you remember that you move the dot opposite of where the you want the POI to move. Might have it all the way to the other side.

I tried adjusting it like you said, and it looks like its working
