I looked my M4 upper over last night... The gas key staking is miserable. Otherwise looks nice. I may bite the bullet and buy a Moacks staking kit for my AR builds.
I have at least 2 that need it... possibly third shortly... definitely a fourth in a couple months. THAT's a GOOD problem to have! Jeff |
| The staking on mine leaves much to be desired as well. My gun functions flawlessly, but for something as simple as staking that carries so much weight with all those ex-Navy SEAL door gunners on the Space Shuttle, you'd think that Del-ton would take the extra three seconds to do it properly, if for no other reason than to have good reports from the self-appointed experts on these internet forums about what an awesome staking job they do. |
