[ARCHIVED THREAD] - MD-07 Is this normal?

Just wanted to check with everyone else to see if this is normal. I got my MD-07 and I have been really happy with it. I was finally was able to go out and zero it and as i was zeroing it i noticed that from the 3:00 to 6:00 position of the sight was being obstructed slight (see picture). I assume that portion is where the laser diode emits from but was wondering if it is supposed to be obstructing that much of it. Is this normal?

Normal. LED bonded in place. Shoot with both eyes open looking through the optic and you have a unlimited field of view,
