It is a "same plane aperature"...... (ie: the "hole" is still centered when you rotate it) It is NOT like a A2 sperature. I am a little confused ....It looks like the hole is drilled too far to the left from the pics.
FB An aperature rotates on the threaded bolt. And just like any "nut" on the threaded bolt, it will move up and down the bolt when turned. With a SP sight, the hole is lined up to account for the rotation in the aperature. |

No, this is not lined up or centered when you flip from close to distance (small hole). I have a MI sight (Same exact one) on one of my Bushmasters and the hole is not drilled to the far left, its centered. Can you send me a new piece or do I need to mail back the whole thing? Thanks |

Thanks If hole is not on center when flipped then its drilled too far. Contact Troy at MI and they will swap it out. If not, then contact us again to get involved, but MI customer service is awsome. |
