I recently ordered a PSA 16" M4 Premium SSK 12" - Without BCG or Charging Handle. My question is whether there are any key mod rail sections included as part of this upper. I know that the handguard alone generally comes with two sections, but since they are not listed in the product description for this item I am not so sure.

Can't say for sure about that one, but I ordered one with a a different SS Mid. Ind. rail and it did come with 3 pic. rails, screws, and some Lok Tite type stuff. It also was not described in the one I ordered. I would imagine you will get the same.

Our SSK series uppers do include one key-mod rail section.

We do not include wrenches with any Midwest Industries rails.

We receive the majority of our rails from Midwest Industries as OEM in bulk packaging, and they do not come with wrenches.
