I ordered my XTM rail panels last Wednesday.

They didn't ship.

I called Magpul on Monday, I spoke with a woman who said they were back ordered, but she would actually get them out that day.

They didn't ship.

I called Magpul today, left a message...no return comminication, no shipping.

Where are my rail panels. I see others getting them. What gives?

Our shipping dept is moving lots of stuff daily and one of the girls who deals with orders is out this week and the other is spending half her time training a new guy.

Send me your order number by email and I will look into it tomorrow.

I don't think Magpul needs a defender, but I hate to see a threads like this.  A few weeks ago I had a TINY order of a 3-pack of PMAG ranger plates, I had them in my mailbox BEFORE my credit card was billed!  Magpul has excellent customer service, always has.  Please fix it with Magpul before airing out your greivances by creating a thread. And they WILL fix it.

I did my best, but it's hard to fix it when they don't respond. I posted here because I know Magpul patrols the boards, taking care of problems.

The only time I ever had a problem with magpul I found an email for the powers that be there and sent them a note with my concern.  issues were taken care of quickly, professionally and to my satisfaction.

I've had no problems in my dealings with Magpul.  In fact every time it's been above and beyond.  No problems with their products either.

When my problem is taken care of, I'll edit. Nothing is fixed yet.

Being told my crap is on its way when it isn't doesn't happen, not without bitching. Everyones hero ought to be able to ship me my stuff, or tell me its backordered. One or the other. I'm sure they're fix it, but it isn't fixed yet.

Why is it that certain dealers around here are beyond reproach?  Magpul will without a doubt fix the issue at hand but mistakes do happen from time to time no matter how good a person is at their job.

If some of you ordered from a company that was not as well known and got the same treatment you would never stop with the bashing. Stop calling the guy a whiner because he has a valid complaint. If he was told the item shipped and he didn't receive it and then got no reposnse from email or phone call then he should be able to come to this forum and ask questions and even state he is not happy with the CS he received. Again, why is it that some companies are beyond reproach? Anyone remember AmmoMan? He was that way for a long time

Got a message from Magpul. The woman I spoke too was wrong.

Black XTM panels are popular, and are in high production...and they're shipping.

FDE panels are less popular, and are lower in the production queue.



Now I know, now I'm happy because I know what is happening.


That said, I am going to cancel my order. Not because of any anger towards Magpul, but because I'm moving on the 31st and I'm in no hurry to get them. When I'm moved in and I see they're available, I'll order.


I'd like to see this thread closed, because my question is answered and Magpul's good name has been unsmeared, and a lot of folks need to take the time to unbunch their panties.

Nope, not Seminole. I am just waiting for the Creeks to finish our 17 story hotel/casino to see how much Magpuls tuff I can afford to buy
