Is it safe to assume that the STR will be In Stock with you guys in the next few days since Brownell's now has it in stock?

I spoke to someone today about the FDE STR I had pre-ordered... I got the impression that some of the FDE ones had come in, and maybe shipped out? I know you guys never know exactly what/when Magpul ships things out to you... but did some of the FDE pre-orders ship? I've been cursing the day that I found out about the STR... mostly because I can't have one, yet. |

I hate to drag this back up to the top, but I know I'm not the only one waiting to hear... so here goes: Any ideas when you guys might be seeing more of the STR stocks? FDE in particular?... Gut feeling or rough guess? I know Magpul doesn't give you guys much heads up, and I'm not seeing the FDE versions in stock anywhere else right now. I have been waiting with one (FDE) on pre-order, but recently came into a good deal on a CTR locally, and I'm liking it enough that I'm considering canceling my pre-order, and allocating those funds to something else. I hate to cancel, only to see them show up the next day, but if it's going to be another month or two, I might just wait for supply to catch up with demand before I order the STR again. |

I emailed Magpul and asked, and they said they are not making any modifications to the STR.
"There haven’t been any updates to the STR as there was never a problem with fit. The one thing that can affect fit is the buffers tube its self. The STR fits like the ACS and ACS-l as there is more movement then the CTR but it is not loose." Just FYI. |
