So far, I have noticed trend in Magpul's responses to the neverending stream of questions we batter them with. We have
STANDARD RESPONSE A: As for now we are not releasing any information on products that may or may not be in the works. We're always looking for new ways to improve on existing products and explore the boundaries of new ideas. Thanks. STANDARD RESPONSE B: Contact Justin Beard at [email protected] and he will help you out. STANDARD RESPONSE C: Soon. STANDARD RESPONSE D: We are putting out Pmags as fast as we can without compromising quality. STANDARD RESPONSE E: That project has been put on the back burner; we have other projects that are taking priority right now. STANDARD RESPONSE F: See Standard Response A. STANDARD RESPONSE G: We do not release production details in public forums, as we do not want our competition to use the information to their advantage. STANDARD RESPONSE H: Seriously, have you read Standard Response A? Just because you keep asking does not mean we will break down and tell you. Really. Have I missed any? |

That pretty much sums it all up, but I also say sometimes that “we have had a 60 unconditional money back return policy for the last 10 years” that I have used on many occasions. We really hate limiting our responses as such but at least we are still trying to keep direct contact with everyone. Magpul is still a very small company in terms of employees and our time is very limited. Also we are trying not to announce every thing we do before we do it. |

Hey, I am not knocking it! I love the fact that we can actually talk to some of you guys as real people, and not just exchange formal (and usually threatening) letters. We know you guys actually care about your customers.
And, even as I joke, I just really wish I knew what suprises you guys have in store for us. Any chance of a posting right after the SHOT Show so we don't have to wait for the gun magazines to come out? |
