Can't please all the people all the time. I'm stoked for the 870 goodies, and that's a whole system they designed with various little add-ons for the stock for sizing etc. Another evolution of the PMAG is cool too. Couple more stocks thrown in. I'm not sure what we have to be disappointed with. Plus, there's the co-branded M&Ps which mean that I may in fact be able to eventually afford a Magpul lower. Good stuff from my perspective.
Oh and Precision Rifle is out! Honestly, I do not understand the disappointment. |

Guys, I wasn't trying to start a hate train moving here. I was merely high in the hopes dept. for a quad stack mag. That's all. They have come out with some good stuff. Hopefully, we will soon see this new stock, that has been talked about, but not seen yet.
Magpul does a great job, and I continue to buy their stuff, without any reserve. They are great guys as well. Sorry if I portrayed it all wrong. L2B |

Just got back from the Magpul booth at SHOT. Magpul confirmed that this will not be replacing the MREV PMAG30, This is just a new member of the pmag family. Also said that it will just come in black, no colors for now. |

The M3 mag might just change your mind though.

What product do you think makes Magpul the majority of their money? Don't have access to their books so I do not know. But if it is the PMAG30, that only supports my point. Improvements to the PMAG30 will not significantly increase revenue, people love it the way it is and will continue to buy it as is. Inability to make a PMAG40/60/80/100 has resulted in me and many others sending tens of thousands of not hundreds of thousands of dollars to Surefire, that could have been sent to MagPul. |

I know that I saw sure fires everywhere and even a grip of the 40 round promags and some others - I could barely even get into the magpul booth so I hung out at DD instead and tried to remote view stuff for a while until I had to move on, I was gonna go back but I heard costa was at the end of the KAC rainbow with a pot of gold and spent all day running that down.

I would love to see MOE handguards with heat shields & the whole 9 yards that would slip in place of the factory Saiga handguards. I have a couple that I've converted, but haven't bothered with the forend, so it would be great. But I'm also glad that they are still developing other stuff. The 870 stuff in particular is a really good idea. |
