| Hello, I just got the mbus pro front sight, I'm adjusting the elevation and it doesn't appear to be moving up or down no matter what direction I spin it. Also the sight appears to be slightly loose in the post when it's being twisted. This is my first MBUS but It would be logical to assume that it should appear to move up or down when you twist it. Am I mistaken? |

I literally click it over and over and nothing happens Call our customer support and have them walk you through the issue. The font post is installed automatically to be at a preset height for zeroing on a gun. The sight post should move visibly away (or sink into) the base when the dial is turned several times. For what ever reason it sounds like adjustment wheel is not contacting the threads. Might be an an easy fix, if not we will replace it and let you know what the issue was when we get the old sight back. |
