Have you tried this with the Motorola APX 6000? If so which size, and will it accommodate the speaker/mic on the side? Larger battery? TIA |

All of the apx series that have been tried in the 8000 have fit. To include a 6000. Larger batt probably not. I have only test fit an 8k and one other but forgot what sub series.... and all the rest have been end users. Only had the radio for a day and forgot to get pics of it in the pouch after designing  Has accomodations for the side comms mount. |

          Not ready for IG, just fast images with my phone. The radio shown is a Motorola APX 6000. Both the slim and the thick battery work with the pouch. The ride height when mounted on a belt is good. The pouch works with all Motorola speaker mics, and headsets with the same mounting footprint. If you mount it on a chest rig or plate carrier, I really recommend a shorter antenna if you have one. The radio is not all that heavy. It seems to work well with one wrap. |
