I have a LT-150 mount for my Aimpoint ML3.  I've had it for a while and love it, but recently noticed that there is a little (and I mean little) play if I try to rock it side to side when mounted.  Is this normal or should it be rock-solid with no movement whatsoever?  If I tighten the screw all the way so that there is no movement, it is impossible to un-latch.  Any info would be appreciated to easy my OCD.

Sounds like the lever is not adjusted properly.  Follow the instructions below.  If it is truly impossible to unlatch, it is too tight.

Adjusting Locking Levers

The tension on the Locking Lever is adjustable with very slight movement of the 3/8” locknut, using a 3/8” wrench

The locknut requires only SLIGHT MOVEMENT to adjust tension.

Turning the locknut clockwise makes it more difficult to remove the mount.

Turning the locknut counterclockwise makes removal easier.

Adjust the lever tension until the lever is at a 45° angle when it makes first contact with the rail.

Some people close it, then tighten it, but I haven't needed to in order to a achieve a solid lock up.  There should be ABSOLUTELY NO PLAY.
