I just got my order, where I spent $900. I tried calling your phone number, and then answering service was rude and hung up on me. I bought an upper, and the hand guards do not match up.
I have been in the Marine Corps for 8 years and I have never seen M4 hand guards that have a gap big enough where the top and bottom meet is big enough to see the barrel, like the ones I received today attached to my upper. The hand guards also so come off as easy as an M16 that has seen 300 boot camp cycles.
Also, the flash hider is loose and the crush washer is already all the way crushed. This is so obvious and easy to catch. I am wondering of the quality of my upper all together, and at this point I want to return everything for a full refund.

And, I would not have posted here, but your answering service hung up on me.

That's a real bummer.  I have an upper on order to compliment my lower I just received.  Let us know how this works out for you.

The upper looks good, except for the flash hider not being on tight, handgurads not matching up, and the carrying handle screws being scared from a screw driver. I question the quaility control when they ship me a upper with out the flash hider being tight.

Oh no if the CMMG gods see this they will go nuts. It is the way things go in mas production. Sorry to see you having truble with them. Maybe next time all the good that is beeing said about CMMG (this gould be brought to light.) My point is they all make bobos. And we should not hold one above the rest. Try to give them a call.

I had a horrible experence with CMMG not to long ago. I will never purchase another CMMG product agin They dident even try to make it right.

I just got an email from them. They are sending a UPS label, so that I can send everything back. I just wish that it was right the first time. They seem friendlt, though.

FWIW, my experience with CMMG was great...follow through and timely delivery on a bargain bin rifle that outshoots all our other guns....I have been having horrific problems with Rock River Arms, I made a terrible mistaking buying a 9mm from them...the CMMG folks are the best!

So, just because the original poster spent over $900 of his hard-owned money just to receive a poorly-assembled rifle and deal with a crappy answering service, he should consider that a small price to pay for the privilege of dealing with CMMG?  hat.
