On 12/31/13, I ordered a blemished lower to my FFL. Over two weeks later, it's still processing. I tried calling and emailing to no avail.
Is there anyone on this forum from PSA that could potentially help me with my order? |

How about the PSA Industry Forum here? BTW this is normal. Just wait and you will get it eventually. PSA isn't going to speed this up +1...their phones don't really work...ever. You can try FB as well, that seems to be the quickest way to get ahold of them. |

My 10 pack still says processing, but they emailed me the tracking info to my FFL. Ordered Dec 9, shipped 1/10, so yea, about a month later. Considering I ordered during the WHARGARBL!!!!! december frenzy, that's not too bad. It's not like I don't have other stuff to shoot. :) |

| I ordered two blemished lowers and a rifle kit around Christmas and everything just came last week. One lower was ordered on 12/17, and the other was ordered on 12/24. I was a little disappointed on the shipping times and the fact that they billed my CC as soon as the order was placed, but what can you do? Until PSA can overcome the huge increase in orders they have been getting slow shipping will be the norm. |

I had luck contacting an email I saw posted on their FB page. They said it's taking 10-15 business days to ship. Like others have said, I will wait for the price.
BTW the email was - [email protected] Include your order number and they will respond the same day, or at least they did with me yesterday. |

Why is this ok with people? Slow shipping may be the result of... Current political climate. Business growing rapidly. Moving to a new warehouse. It's the holidays. Or whatever excuse they come up with. For some reason gun companies are the only ones that can use these as excuses for month long waits on items to ship and get away with it. |

They also are the only place to find decently priced .300BLK and regularly have the best price on Geisselle triggers. They seem to keep their site up to date as well. I've ordered three times, all items in stock, and all shipped the next day (I order in the evening, so this is really shipped the same day as the order is placed.) |

As long as your FFL is on file with us, your order should be shipping within the next 2-3 days. If you haven't heard anything by then, please shoot me an IM. |
