Are these still being produced? Yes, the NDS-603 upper receiver remains in production. While the NDS website uses the term 'Backorder Only' for status, this means that we are unable to produce enough of the product to show it in stock, and ready to ship. We take pre-orders for 'Backorder Only' items, and fill the order when we are able. Payment is not taken until we have available product for an order, and the customer confirms that the order is to be processed and shipped. Reply if you have questions. Thanks.
