I just traded for a DPMS SASS and need to mount a scope. I have a Vortex Viper 6.5-20x44 with a 30mm tube.
I think I need one of your LT-104 mounts. Are they all the same? If they come in different heights or eye relief's I will look up the specs on the scope. Thanks, Jim |

LT104 is the mount for you I just wonder ifthis rifle and scope combination might use the LT-158 with it's 10moa elevation? It looks like the scope height is about the same as on the LT-104, isn't it? Ny rifle has a Magpul stock if that makes any difference. Jim |

Jim The LT158 is lower thn the LT104, and may not give you a proper cheek weld (especially if your stock is a PRS) |

I am using an LT158 with a VX-II(2-7x) on my grendel, using an ACS. I can't tell an appreciable difference between my buddy's SPR 1.5 and my SPR S. May have something to do with the fact that he is using a CTR. I like my cheek weld in any case and I enjoy the little bit of extra adjustment it affords me. |

Does that make the LT-104 still the best choice? Jim |

It is up to facial geometry, I like mine perfectly, someone else may think it is too high or too low. |

I am going to mount a scope the 1" LT-104 that I forgot I had and see how it works. Jim |
