| How much play should be between the lower and upper on a BNIB 6940? Not that it really bothers me, it's more annoying than anything, but there is some really noticeable movement between my upper and lower. The takedown pins seem to be a tight fit within the lower, so I'm assuming it is in the upper receiver. |

Every upper / lower combo is unique and some play is to be expected - doesn't affect accuracy at all. My 6940 is pretty loose. Thanks, I have another 6940 and a 6920 and neither one of them have play between the upper and lower. Just thought it was odd, but I'm good with it. |

Doesn't hurt a thing. If it bothers you, drop an Accu-Wedge in it.
