| I have noticed that the Primary Arms brand of optics has drifted away from 'clones' of popular brands like AimPoint. While I still love all of the new Primary Arms optics that I have purchased, I kind of miss the clones. Two of my favorite optics are the Primary Arms clones of the AimPoint M2 and M4 red dot sights. The M4 clone is AWESOME. Is there a reason for the change? Any chance of seeing future Primary Arms designs that mimic other popular brands? I would LOVE to see a ACOG clone. |

A clone is meant to look exactly like something else. That was never the goal. Will still have the classic 30mm. It is a pretty standard design that is available fromr many companies. The AA models were far from M4 clones but did use the same mount pattern. What you currently see will continue to be our direction. No clones! |

I should have used better terminology. I just meant that I really like the patterns that looked similar to brands and I hope to see future models like them. |

We have a complete and growing lineup of PA Prism sights that are rugged and have our patented reticles. We want them to look like PA scopes not like Acogs. We do have our exclusive Acog with the ACSS reticle. What about red dot models? Any new 30mm red dots planned? Something like a 30mm version of the MD-ADS would be kick ass. Looks like Holosun has the HS406A that would work well, but I like the PA branded stuff better |
