I received an email that my order shipped, but there was no tracking number, this was 8 days ago and it has not arrived. please advise order number #32102419890 |

It should bring up a window with a UPS link to click on taking you to UPS tracking. |

Your order was out for delivery as you were posting, and UPS shows delivered on the 17th.
West coast orders are at least 5 days in transit via UPS ground, more if there is weather and/or Holiday volume. In addition, if a product is packed up on the night shift, it may not be picked up by UPS until the next business day. So, a packaged packed up and issued tracking Friday evening, may not start show movement with UPS until Monday Afternoon. |
