I have an OBR with rifle length buffer tube. It currently has the "red" spring in it. Can someone link me to a normal power spring(rifle length) that works in the OBR?

5.56 or 7.62?  Does it also have the spacer?  IIRC, LaRue uses Sprinco and they only make carbine length springs, which should be almost 2 inches shorter than a rifle spring, thus requiring the spacer in the rifle tube.

As to companies, you can get a Wolff, a Tubbs, a JP Enterprises, etc.  Most are available from Midway or Brownells.

7.62

I'm not sure if mine has a spacer or not. It came with the A2 buttstock. Remember this rifle is several years old already; back when LT had dealers.

A giveaway would be if it's using a rifle or carbine length buffer.  If it has the carbine, I'd suspect it has the corresponding carbine length spring.

Quick picture of a carbine vs rifle length spring.  IIRC the rifle length is 12.75" whereas the carbine is 10.5".

ETA - Apology if I'm walking the wrong ground here.

No you're fine. I admittedly haven't fiddled around the inside of my OBR enough. I'll pull the buffer and buffer spring when I get home to see which setup it is.

Umm.....I'm so confused right now.

I have an H2 Carbine Buffer and 11.75" red spring.

Pics....

I'm gonna guess there is a spacer in rifle buffer tube that doesn't want to come out. IDK.....

Spring

Inside tube.

Outside tube.

I'm thinking I'll just order a Sprinco White, White/Red and Blue spring. One of them is bound to work.

What problem are you having that your changing the spring?

When shooting on the suppressed setting with my Tranquilo, I am short stroking. It'll either eject the spent cartridge or not...that's 50/50. But it never strips the next round from the magazine.

It's runs fine on the unsuppressed setting, regardless of if the can is on the rifle or not. However, I'd like to run it on the suppressed setting like it was designed for.

ETA: I have the old PST system gassed for surefire suppressors. Between that and the tranquilo...it's just not getting enough gas. I can send it in and they'll update the gas block to the one that's designed around the Tranquilo but they can't guarantee it wont affect the accuracy of my rifle. I kind of enjoy my sub .5" gun and would hate to get a .99" gun back.

Your Sprinco carbine spring is fine at 12".  If your OBR came with the second "white" spring, that's the one to try, but since you say you're ordering from Springco, I guess not.  Alternatively, you could use the red with a regular weight carbine buffer.
