| Is it correct that you guys are not installing alternate FHs on the OBR Lite? I forgot to order a vortex when I ordered last week. Called today and was told LT is not doing that with these rifles. Was recommended to have a local person do it. I have the tools to swap out the FH, so that's not a big issue, but was hoping to have it delivered from Texas ready to go and avoid having to work on it with my meat hooks. |

Sorry,
It's in the text...a flash hider upgrade is the only variable we have mentioned.. Barrels: The barrels are LW-50 stainless steel in 12”, 16.1", 18" & 20" lengths. They are Wylde chambered, and feature polygonal rifling in a 1/8 twist rate. We have used these barrels with great success for years in our popular and accurate Stealth uppers. LW-50 Stainless has proven itself for over 15 years, in military and civilian uses ranging from sniper, tactical, target, and other high-performance applications where long life and accuracy are critical. All barrels are threaded in ½ x 28, with an A2 flash hider attached (other muzzle devices can be added at an additional cost). The 12” model have carbine-length gas systems, the 16” and 18” models has a mid-length, and the 20” has a rifle-length. All gas blocks will feature our unique Port Selector Technology (PST), a two-point adjustable gas selector that allows optimum function between suppressed, and unsuppressed operation at the flip of a switch. |

So, as I understand the text. A2 is standard equipment. A different FH can be installed for an additional cost (material & labor). I wasn't asking for a freebie, I was asking to purchase a vortex and have it installed. The person I talked to said have it done locally. |

The folks answering the phones were told there would be no options.
In all the commotion of the holiday and new product releases, we forgot to brief them on the flash hider option, sorry about that. Yes, the A2 is standard equipment. ..and yes, If you request it, we can attach any flash hider we sell, for an extra cost, providing it's in stock. Note: At this time, we do not permanently attach flash hiders. |

mfingar, will the SBR OBR Lite have a full auto bolt for those of us that would like to drop in a RDIAS? I've already had my dealer order one for me, but I forgot to ask about the bolt. Also, would it be possible to have a little extra engraving done on the lower for a little extra charge (such as the "Auto" wording near the selector for when I do drop in my RDIAS)? |
