I bought a set of OPs Core ARC rails to mount on my ACH MICH helmet but the screws are about a half inch (maybe a little less) too short to go all the way through and reach the washers on the other side.  I'm confused...the ARC rails say they are for this helmet but the screws are too short, any advice?  I tried looking all over for similar screws but longer and they are impossible to find.

Did you purchase the ACH ARC rails from us? What model ACH helmet do you have?

I bought the rails brand new from another ARFcommer  and the helmet is a size Large TC2000.  It seems to line up perfectly but the screws aren't long enough to go through and meet the little receiver/nut things.  It just seems strange and I can't find any similar screws anywhere local to even source longer ones.

Just wanted to throw out a big thanks to TNVC and to Eric especially.  I was building a helmet for my collection (yes I know collecting helmets is odd and especially strange for a woman but, hey, I'm strange) Anywho, I had purchased a set of Ops Core Arc rails ( not from TNVC) that I was trying to mount on my helmet but the screws were too short to work.  I searched everywhere I could think of and couldn't find screws to fit which seems almost impossible in a world full of screws but you can understand my frustration at that point.  Finally I contacted Eric and after a minor setback he got exactly what I needed.

So thanks TNVC and Eric!  My helmet is now completed except for a NVG mount which is out of my budget but I'll get one eventually.  From now on TNVC is the first place I'll go for future products! Thanks guys!
