The scope appears to be the Leupold Mark 4 3.5-10X40.

I'm no expert on night vision, but I think that's a PVS-24.

The night vision is a AN/PVS-27 (aka MUNS).

I had the opportunity to shoot through a PVS-24 recently. If the 27 is a step up from that, do yourself a favor and NEVER look through one. You'll drive yourself crazy trying to come up with $11k.

I know, I know
I have never shot one, but the pics are unbelievable
I'll find them again and post them.
A D760 is pretty good also, and its only $4000.00

It is a sweet looking setup for that kinda cash its way out of reach. I couldnt justify spending that much on a piece of gear I wouldnt use to its full potential.

Not yet at least
But think for a moment
When the lights go out and you hear rustling in the yard, the wife and kids crying in the bedroom and you feel helpless that you can't see anything out there.

Ah, there they are in the soft green glow.

Long as they stay in the yard, the local constabulary can have them (I live out of my jurisdiction). They come in, they're mine.

As long as they are in the yard the cops can have them, if they come in the house he will deal with them.

In ref. to the above post about the noise in the yard.
