| I have a two part question...... first I just received some goodies I purchased through ADCO today (extremely fast shipping), one being the Ops Inc brake/collar combo. The instructions call for installing the supplied crush washer but there isn't a crush washer included? Second reading around some individuals suggest to not even install a crush washer due to alignment issues, is this ADCOs stance hence the absence of a crush washer? |

| Email sent......The initial drive to look at ADCO came from some threads were you showed great customer service (although considering it wasn't even your work to start I don't know if it could be called CS), and I've now had the chance to experience it myself. You're probably happy that other businesses don't take notice to the importance of customer service, because although I can't say everything I buy for my AR will be from ADCO, I can say you've now landed on my radar as one of the first places to try and give business to if I need something.
