Just a word of advise to IWC customers. DO NOT ask for status update on unshipped orders from this company. Earl, the "managing partner" does not like when you question his authority. Please see his email response to my post below.

No, we don't need help.
Most Americans try an extend their vacations by taking time off to include a national paid holiday, and our guys in the order and shipping departments do the same. With Monday being the 4th of July and us recognizing the solid effort they put in, we let as many people off as they want and my silent partners and I take over their responsibilities.
As you can see by the time, your order came in after the USPS pick up for the 5th. Our first opportunity to ship was the 6th, with an on time to the 24 hours quoted being on the 7th. But due to the Holiday and guys off, we're running two days behind. Your order was packaged Friday but didn't make the USPS cut off.
So we had planned to pay the extra cost to upgrade to Priority and ship tomorrow, at which time, we'll take funds from your card and send tracking. This service would erase the delay as it will arrive as if we shipped it on the 7th.
Unless you prefer to cancel since we're so late and disappointed you.
Let me know what you'd like us to do. Order on hold until I get word.
