| I placed an order for three tshirts back in February and received one of them. i have sent a couple of emails (five or six) and received a response about being swamped with work or something like that which i can understand but the problem is i have moved since then and i have been trying to update my address and have not heard anything back from Amanda regarding if that information has been updated. Also i was billed about a week ago and still have not received any updates i keep hearing emailing is the way to go but have only received the one response a little help would be great. |

I can't comment specifically on the emails other than to say that yes, we are EXTREMELY busy and it can sometimes take over a week or more to respond these days post-Election. If you can't get through within a reasonable time frame for you then please feel free to call us at 1-877-4MAGPUL. We have a dedicated menu option for Retail Customers.
Regarding the credit card charge, we only bill for an item once that item ships. You may actually be seeing only an 'authorization' instead of a charge. Again, please call and we can verify your order for you. |
