I ordered an in stock upper on the 23rd and they processed the card right away. I waited patiently for 15 business days and then asked in the where is my order thread about the status. My answer was a generic one on the 14th

I have been a big fan of your price and quality and have been patient with your long ship times as I know you are very busy. But to keep my funds tied up for so long and then decide it is not in you best interest to deliver the product I ordered or even give me the option to buy a different upper is just not right. It gets better they are still showing the same freedom uppers in stock with standard handguards.
