I will be putting in my order for a 14.5" barrel tomorrow most likely, but I have a question. I will be ordering the barrel, f marked FSB and carbine gas tube. I have my own flash hider and LaRue rails, so eventually I will need to take the FSB off to install the handguards. Is there a better way of ordering the kit? Perhaps havve the barrel prepped for the FSB, but shipped off the barrel? Not sure the smartest route. Any advice? Now that you mention it...... I ordered an M4A1 upper back on 12/20. Inquiring minds want to know. |

I finally got a reply to my emails today. Not really what I wanted to hear. Looks like the 14.5" SOCOM profile barrels just went out for MP testing and chrome. They said they should be back in 6 - 8 weeks. Then another 7 - 14 days for the build?? That'd be over 3 months wait since I ordered. yeesh hinking.gif I don't know whether to wait or cancel and look elsewhere. |
