I was looking at the TNVC pictures from the sniper come and it looks like an old school predatobr in the pictures. I could be wrong but doesn't look like an OBR to me! Its TNVC facebook page that I'm looking at the pictures...

Very interesting! I wonder if that was a prototype, or if someone who owned an OBR and PredatAR just swapped in the OBR barrel? I assume you could do that if you had both rifles.

The "Oregon Sniper Challenge" , that is only open to their LEO, MIL invited guests, not an open competition anymore, they really need to change that name.
Oh, and if you are a nobody and just wanted to stop and look at their "Sponsor day" on Friday to see something you may want to purchase, that costs $5.
Many local shooters that use to participate in it and helped it get up and going are not to fond of the organizer much anymore.
