I just got my order delivered today that was placed Monday.  Couple things were missing, so I sent a message via the website "contact us" link.  10 minutes later... no lie, 10 minutes after I sent the message, a nice gentleman calls me.  We get it all straightened out and chatted  for a bit.  Before this, I was convinced that there is no other company in any industry that gets an order out the door quicker... but I am now convinced of the superb customer service to go along with it.

As a side note... the PA 1-4x24 illuminated scope is just sick - this thing is an OUTSTANDING value

We never should have made the mistake in the first place but we know the ability to get answerers when something does go wrong is vital.

Ordered my M3 on Monday as well and got it today.  I wish I got this kinda service everywhere else!
