Since LT is not making pink ones (hey , they have blue- which I think is wonderful Can I buy the white ones and dye them with something to make them pink? will this be a durable finish and not damage the clips? Thanks for your helpful suggestions. |

Fifty,
No problem with dye. Just pick the color you want then heat up some water to a near boil. Place the clips in and just test to see how long it takes to get the color you want. I have found that there is a point where your part will not get any darker despite how long you leave it in. This has to do with how much dye is in the water. If it isn't dark enough add more dye. If you want you can send me your clips my way. I have a bottle of pink I won't be using. Are you trying to match the clips to another pink item? My rifle in my avatar was done in dye |
| okay, your avatar has the absolutely cutest female foot in it. I think I need to see more pictures of that, haha. I am trying to match the pink on a D&S pink furniture set. I may take you up on the dye job. yell at me with your address and I may ship you some. You can provide more of those pics then too, haha. |
