A member in my NJ forum asked if the PRS is an ATF considered telescopic, therefore illegal to own in NJ, butt stock.

And in this case IS the term telescopic = collapsible?

Is it?

Thanks-

Well in CT the DPS declared the PRS an non collapsible/ telescopic buttstock.  So for us CT folks building long range sticks we are permitted to have them on a POST BAN rifle

Maybe you can get the CT and NY decisions and submit them to NJSP?
