For starters, I'm going to say that offering the PSAK-47 as a barreled receiver + bolt and offering build kits is a pretty cool idea. The customization options are nice, and it'll be fun putting it all together. I've got a receiver on the way.
But... (You knew that was coming, right?) Your current kit offerings don't have color options, and there's no option to mix and match (Poly, MOE, Zhukov, etc). For example, I want the ALG AKT, the Zhukov stock, and the MOE handguard, and I think I want the furniture to be ODG. Right now, in order to make that happen, I would need to order the no furniture kit, and then order the stock, grip, handguard, and AKT separately. That option costs as much as getting the full Zhukov ALG kit even though I'm getting a handguard that's $59 cheaper, and it leaves me with an extra trigger group I have no use for. I think customizeable ordering options for your kits would make life better for your customers and streamline your web store. Instead of having several different listings to offer a limited variety of kits, you could have one single product page for the kit with a much greater range of options. That product page could have a drop down menu to select stock, another for the grip, another for the trigger, another for the handguard, and so on. This strategy could not only be applied to the PSAK-47 kits, but also those for ARs. (I had a similar challenge when I built my last AR. I bought a complete upper and MOE lower build kit from you, I bought a Geissele SSA-E and MOE handguard from other vendors, and I ended up with an extra FCG and handguard. A strategy like I'm suggesting would have made it a one-stop shop on your web page.) Unless I throw my receiver in the back of my safe for a while, I don't think this suggestion will help me this time around, but if you consider it, it could help other customers and maybe me in the future. For now, a No Furniture ALG kit would be a step in the right direction... |

I do like the current build kits that you offer,but it would be nice to have a custom AK build kit. That would allow you to choose the muzzle device,handguard,stock,grip,trigger,color of furniture,etc. |
