I emailed them about an upper I bought that was shooting far right. I had to adjust both the back up sight and the scope an extreme amount to bring it to zero.
It shot accurately once adjusted though. They told me to send it back to them. I did last Monday. They received it today. Jeff called me from customer service and told me they had it in a shadow box (comparator?) with a laser through it and had retorqued the barrel. They are sending it back this afternoon or tomorrow along with two PSA hats, one for each of the two rifle kits I've bought from them. How's that for customer service? |

That's just turrible I tell you...turrible. Sometimes I think people just need to bitch to know that someone is listening or cares. - I'm not referring to you OP I know you're not referring to me. I've had business owners complain to me about the "Walmart" attitude everybody has. They want it RIGHT NOW just the way THEY WANT IT. PSA is the new kid on the block with great prices on a really good product. Their customer service to me seems to be pretty darn good from my experience so far. They are growing, ironing things out when they hit bumps in the road. No company is perfect from the get-go. But their efforts to make me happy as a customer shows me they care about their reputation and they intend to be here for awhile. I like that immensely. Don't get me wrong, I'll let them know when I'm not happy. But so far, I'm pretty pleased with their prices and their services. |

I had a similar issue. My CHF Troy-railed M4 upper was shooting low and I sent it back to them.
After having it for a week or so, I missed a call from them and they left a voicemail. I originally THOUGHT the voicemail said that they tried everything to fix it, but it was still shooting low and couldn't do anything about it. They ended the message by telling me they were sending it back to me. Naturally, I was upset. However, after calling them back and sending them an email expressing my displeasure, I spoke to their armorer on the phone. They had, in reality replaced the forged upper and rebuilt the entire upper reciever and it was no longer shooting low for them. Either I mis-heard the original voicemail or whoever left the voicemail told me the wrong results. Whichever it is, we'll never know since I mistakenly deleted the message. All issues resolved and I got shipment confirmation yesterday. Either I'll get it back and everything will be gravy or I'll discover something is screwy with my battle sights. I'm impressed by the turn around time on the warranty work. |

I have similar issue.
http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_2_301/213786_Canted_front_sight_.html Shooting way low left with rear sight at mechanical zero and front site at factory setting. I had to adjust rear sight 23 clicks to the right to get on target. I was able to adjust the front sight way down to fix the elevation. My first AR, so maybe that's normal, but didn't seem right to me. I emailed PSA 5 days ago, but no response yet. How long did it take them to get back to you? Did you email them directly or use their online contact form? |

Yep the lower prices attract the brother in law types you know from the movie "vacation". When they finally spring they want the best for cheap and want it now! I doubt Larue and Noveske customers need to call and email a thousand questions shortly after ordering online. |

That would be my only complaint with them at this point I think. They are difficult to get a response from unless you throw a fit. |

A year ago they were shipping ammo out the same day I ordered. Now it takes a week. My only complaint. They've got a hell of a lot bigger since then too. They've been swamped with the bargain seekers jumping on great prices. Quoted:
I got my upper back yesterday. They replaced the reciever and threw in a hat. Nice new packaging, also. Hopefully this thing is accurate now. I'm getting mine back today. They called me just last Thursday. I'll be at the range tomorrow. I'm betting I'm gonna be real happy with what they did. If I'm not, I'll certainly say so. ETA Got it this afternoon! Out to the range in the morning!!!! |

FWIW, I took the gun out to the range. Not much change (little or none) from when I sent it in. Both the scope and rear sight are adjusted a little too far off center when zeroed IMO. But the gun shoots good and functions like a champ. Here is the before customer service: http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a22/danc46/001-25.jpg Here is the after customer service: http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a22/danc46/01-19-12_1325.jpg Here is the second AR I got from PSA. The sight is pretty much centered when zeroed. http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a22/danc46/001-28.jpg Fisrt one looks fine to me |
