PSA,

Trying to get through to speak to someone in Customer Service.  I have called multiple times and get "Sorry, this mail box is full" message without the phone ever ringing.  What's up with this?

PSA screwed me on an order - missing part.  Phone calls were not answered and emails not returned.  I said fuck it and bought the part locally.  

But you're wrong... "this guy" is quite open about the fact that PSA makes good stuff.  I want lots of little firearms manufacturers to do well.  We need competition and innovation that comes with fresh eyes and new talent.  I root for PSA to improve, but it doesn't appear that they are interested in making things better.

Unfortunately we are having technical difficulties with out phone system at the moment. We are working on it now and will get this problem fixed as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience. CS is using this time to respond to emails. The current wait time for an email response is about 2-3 business days. Thank you all for your business.

I've sent a total of five emails over the past 13 business days and not a single one has received a reply.. both to the info and ffl email.. also from different email addresses...

You are either having "technical difficulties" with your email or PSA is on another planet where days are counted differently Venus perhaps....

The only way I could get them to contact me was through the Better Business Bureau of South Carolina. I had a phone call right away then. During that phone call they tried to blame the problem on me, and then partway through the conversation realized they had my order mixed up with someone else. Credit Card dispute was the only way to get it figured out.

Strangely enough, out of the years PSA has been in business, the BBB was only brought in this year. That should tell you something isn't working in Customer Satisfaction.

growth this year has been incredible for them.  Give them time, they will meet the demand, and they will correct the wrongs.. growing businesses take time... from what i saw today they were swamped.. and i could hardly find a damn pmag on the shelf.  :(
