When you call in an order do they send you a shipment confirmation with tracking number? I paid for two day shipping and was assured it would go out today but haven't got a notification.

Did they as for an email address? If not, you might have to call in to get it. Or login to the website to see if its listed there in your order history.

When I have called in and made phone orders they ask for my web account name or email so they can add the order to my account.
Did you provide any of that?

Yes he asked for my email and shipping info. I've ordered before and within the past few months but said they just changed the computer system. My login info and shipping info was all working right before I placed the call.

I did and it isn't there. I called today and there was a typo in my email address. My package is scheduled to deliver Friday.
