"chance to make right"

Did they do anything wrong? 12 days ago you were happy enough with the price of the upper. Would it be great customer service if they refunded the $30? Yes. Is it something that should be expected? Absolutely not, and it's not bad customer service either.

I had that same thing happen to me with another arfcom vendor.   I ordered , and two days later it went on sale.  Is it their fault?  Nope, solely my own.

Yeah, I guess great customer service wasnt expected....

I suppose it was just a simple solution rather than sending back an upper just to order another to save $30.

And in all honesty, had they shipped quicker and I received it already, I would not even have batted an eye at the email special....

I guess all in all Im just tired of companies "selling" inventory they dont have.... especially when they put on sale even cheaper a week later....

PSA has a different business model than most. They list uppers for sale when they have the components to assemble them. When you order, it's built. They aren't pre made and just grabbed off a shelf.

I don't think that's 100% the case.  I've been waiting on a certain combination to show up "in-stock" for some time now.  At the same time I've been waiting, they show the upper I wan't with the wrong length barrel in stock, and have the barrel I want in stock on a kit with a different upper.  But the kit with the upper from kit "A" and the barrel from kit "B" is out-of-stock.  So I don't think they do it quite that way.

Just show your displeasure by not purchasing form them.
It's not worth the stress with all the Companies bidding for your business.
