Once again, unlike our PS90 barrels, a SCAR barrel would require much more than just a barrel to be marketable. We would have to develop the barrel extension/trunnion, gas block, front site and all the piston hardware along the barrel. It's far easier and cheaper to cut down your existing SCAR barrel than it would be to remove all the parts and install them on a new barrel, in fact that may not even be possible let alone practical. So until FN decides to sell SCAR parts or hands out their blueprints we won't be doing any SCAR barrel assemblies, unless we get thousands of customers wanting and willing pay for a run of barrel assemblies. Even then the price will be much higher than the cost to have someone cut your barrel down. |

I think if you guys just made properly profiled SCAR bbls, in several lengths, people (like myself) would buy them and use our existing gas block, etc. I'd be interested in a 14.5" to perm. attach my YHM Phantom to. Just cutting my bbl down will remove the shoulder flare at the muzzle. |

The SCAR has a pencil bbl, and flares slightly just before the threading. |
