I want to buy stuff from ya'll but I keep seeing more and more problems. I'm trying to keep the faith here whats going on be up front and tell us.
Cause from what I'm seeing right now shits bout to hit the fan with ya'll and you will be begging for cust a year from now.

| My friend is building his first ar15, I could not in good faith recommend PSA even though it would be the cheapest route for him. Stop sitting around twiddling your thumbs and start putting people on the chopping block. Plenty of people would love to do a better job for your company I am sure. |

You know I would like to say that this thread has gave me hope but it has not, I'm building my 4th AR and the guy that works for me is building his first.
I'm not in a hurry I got 3 others but I don't want to get dicked around, thats what I'm most worried about. I would also like to help PSA if they care to be helped, there are lots of people out there that want to buy from them but we are worried about the problems that we have heard of late. |
| This is s thread full of PSA ex-girlfreinds who get a tingle up thier leg when they see a honest mistake and they pile on it. None made any purchases recently. Guess they would love for PSA to close shop and have 80 american workers loose thier jobs. Talk about hateful and ignorant people. Now i understand the phrase leave no enemy behind. Due to the recent election and holiday sales our order volume is very high, crazy high. The increase in sales has brought in new customers with lots of questions, and this ties up the lines. Our phone system, not a year old, couldn't handle the call volume properly so it is being replaced. We have added a lot of new faces in shipping and while the error rate is pretty low, it is not zero. We want every customer to get what they ordered in a timely fashion. If you have an issue with your order, please email CS and give them some time to respond. |
