Ticket #7645529 was submitted on Feb 17th and no response to it or other messages. Could somebody please answer.

Most likely if there was a request like "where is my stuff" in an e-mail. An auto reply would be sent back "Thanks for the message here is your ticket number."
You know, you go to the department of motor vehicles and they give you the ticket like A375 and you wonder how long it will take to get to you. Another wild stab at this says that if you ordered something then have questions you will get what you ordered before the "ticket system" is replied to. If there are questions about an order or something urgent best thing is to call. Just a guess but I am probably right... |
